Katie King joins the IAMPHENOM Europe keynote line up

4–5 November 2026 | Paris, France | Phenom

Phenom announced on 20 October that AI strategist, author and adviser Katie King will deliver a keynote at IAMPHENOM Europe. Her session will examine how AI is changing careers and job functions, and how organisations can respond to skills gaps.

The announcement also introduced the conference agenda, covering AI governance, recruitment agents, skills intelligence, internal mobility and the deployment of agents within existing HR technology systems.

For HR leaders, the programme centres on a practical question: how can AI move beyond experimentation and contribute to measurable hiring, development and retention outcomes?

ATD Saudi Arabia returns to the December calendar

7–8 December 2026 | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | ATD Saudi Arabia Conference

ATD’s official global events calendar confirms Riyadh as the location for the ATD Saudi Arabia Conference on 7–8 December. The event focuses on talent development, with expert-led sessions, professional development opportunities and networking.

The programme offers a regional meeting point for HR and learning professionals considering how to build workforce capability and develop leaders. Further agenda and attendance information is available through the official event website.

Singapore forum examines leadership development in the AI era

25 November 2026 | Singapore | HRBP Asia and ATD

The ATD Southeast Asia Leadership Forum brings together practitioners to examine how leadership development can keep pace with AI transformation and changing business priorities.

The official programme includes Jonathan Yeo, founder of The Potential Space and an ATD facilitator; Annie Caw, CHRO at CIMB Bank Philippines; and Kenneth Tan, Senior Director of Workforce Capability Hub at Singtel.

Sessions explore future leadership capabilities and whether organisations are developing the leaders their businesses will need. The emphasis is on connecting leadership development with business strategy and practical workforce challenges.

Hong Kong forum brings wellbeing and workplace perspectives together

7 November 2026 | Eaton Club Central, Hong Kong | World Menopause Day event

Hong Kong’s World Menopause Day forum will bring together speakers from health, wellbeing and the workplace for an afternoon of discussion and networking.

The official line-up includes Tracy Chan, Deputy Editor for North Asia at Human Resources Online; Fiona Nott, CEO of The Women’s Foundation; and Dr Laurena Law, GP and co-founder of the Hong Kong Menopause Society.

The forum serves a broader audience than HR alone, while offering a relevant perspective for professionals interested in employee wellbeing, inclusion and support through different stages of working life.

The conversation across the programmes

Across these events, a common question emerges: how can organisations turn new technology and learning into better outcomes for people and the business? AI adoption and leadership capability feature prominently, alongside a wider conversation about wellbeing and inclusion.
